Who is responsible
NEKEYA is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@nekeya.co.uk.
What is collected
When you submit a project enquiry, the site collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, current website, business or industry, project type, budget, timeline and project message.
Why it is used
Your information is used only to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential project, and—if you become a client—deliver the agreed work. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and NEKEYA’s legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides privacy-focused website analytics. Enquiry submissions are delivered using Web3Forms. These providers process limited information only to host and protect the site, measure its performance and deliver your message. NEKEYA does not sell personal information or use enquiry details for mailing lists.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 12 months. Client records may be retained for longer where needed to deliver work, maintain records, or meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
NEKEYA does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregated information about visits and site performance without using cookies or tracking people across websites. Cloudflare may also use strictly necessary security technology to operate and protect the website.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to how it is used, by emailing hello@nekeya.co.uk. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
